J²dozer optimizes productivity by providing operators with an easy-to-visualize design plan and
instantaneous feedback on vehicle orientation, cut and fill guides, and other configurable guidance displays. J²dozer's display is updated in real time to accurately reflect the dozer’s position and the elevation of the dozer’s tracks. J²dozer's accuracy eliminates the need for grade staking and minimizes the dependency on survey crews for design audits. It increases production efficiency through reduced re-handle, which lowers operating costs.
Operators utilize J²dozer's touch-screen interface to navigate the mine map, which displays the bulldozer in relation to the design being worked. The mine's road network, dump locations, and the movements of surrounding vehicles are available for when the dozer navigates between locations. The mine map provides an intuitive interface, allowing operators to customize the map's display with selectable information layers, touch-screen panning, zoom, and orientation.
J²dozer is integrated with the Jigsaw Operations Suite. The suite links fleet management and optimization, high-precision guidance, and autonomous control options into a Universal Hardware and Software Platform (UHP) to deliver a total mine management solution. The UHP can be swapped between any machine in its operating class, lowering capital outlay and increasing flexibility.
