MineSight Axis Digblock Optimizer produces economically optimized digblock shapes for grade control. It creates routing polygons based on cost, material types, and other model items. This helps the ore control operator execute and evaluate plans to best manage the company’s resource.

Digblocks are a starting point for grade controllers to evaluate the material routing decision based on site and deposit experience. The economic value of the initial shapes can be compared to the modified shapes, so that managers can track and understand major discrepancies.

The MineSight Axis Digblock Optimizer removes the human factor and focuses on economics. It understands that the optimized shapes will not always be the as-mined shapes.
