HxGN MinePlan Engineering UG Foundation allows you to design your underground mine with CAD tools specifically built to solve underground design problems. It's time-consuming to build a mine design manually, and engineers need to be able to quickly model all preceding activities that lead to production. With no insight into equipment resources, mines risk under-utilizing equipment.

UG Foundation provides the necessary 3D visualization, room and pillar, and Engineering UG CAD tools to avoid these issues. The package is aimed at helping you to minimize dilution, improve resource recovery, maximize efficiency for equipment utilization and to maintain consistent production levels.

HxGN MinePlan Engineering UG Pro includes the features of UG Foundation plus the ability to develop and schedule optimized stopes. Stope optimization can be challenging without a software package that includes an industry-standard algorithm and that allows you to create mine designs and activity-based schedules. No algorithm means ambiguity when determining stope economic limits, and no insight into equipment resources.

HxGN MinePlan Engineering UG Pro saves engineers’ time, enabling them to evaluate and optimize stope designs and create mine designs and activity-based schedules.

Integrated with our general mine planning package, UG Pro features the industry-standard algorithm for stope optimization and allows for variation of economic and geometric parameters. It includes underground CAD design tools and an activity scheduler that understands sequence and precedences for underground activities.
