How do we obtain your personal data

We obtain personal data from your company, such as your name and identifiers for you and the vehicle to which you are assigned. We also obtain biometric information directly from you through the use of video and monitoring equipment on the vehicle.

The purposes of the processing

OpGuard Service is intended to identify fatigue in vehicle operators for the purposes of accident investigation, safety, termination, and training/feedback as determined by the user company.

It is within the legitimate interest of Hexagon’s customers to manage fatigue issues which may affect safety.

Recipients (or categories of recipients) of the personal data

 

Your employer is the controller of the data, however, we will share your personal data with companies within the Hexagon Group.

Retention period

We will retain your data for as long as required by your employer in accordance with the business relationship with your company.
